$ to travel è un’azione che si svolge per le strade della città di Reykjavik per cui l’artista vaga con una fotografia stampata e incorniciata, un cartello che recita “Questa è una fotografia di Reykjavik, se vuoi vedere altri posti aiutami per favore!” e infine un barattolo su cui c’è scritto “$ to TRAVEL”. Rifacendosi all’immagine urbana dell’elemosina, l’artista chiede ai cittadini dell’isola un supporto economico per poter viaggiare.

$ to travel is an action that takes place on the streets of Reykjavik where the artist wander with a printed and framed picture, a billboard that says “This is a picture of Reykjavik, if you want to see other places, please help me!” and eventually a jar that says “$ to travel”.
